Southbridge is an established residential neighborhood on Bozeman’s south side, just off S. 19th Avenue near Meadow Creek. Southbridge tends to attract buyers who want a south Bozeman location with quick mountain access — Hyalite Canyon in particular is a draw for buyers who hike, fish, or ski at Hyalite. - The Meadow Bridge development is currently under construction adjacent to the east side of Southbridge. This means active construction activity for buyers on that side of the neighborhood. The upside is that it will complete road connections to Meadow Creek, improving circulation in the area.

- Originally, Southbridge was planned as Meadow Creek Phase II — the two neighborhoods are closely connected in history and character, and many buyers looking at one end up considering both.
