Ridge Hill Subdivision is a proposed 29-acre development located on the west side of Painted Hills Road. It's slated to include 20 residential lots, featuring a mix of housing types such as single-family homes, duplexes, and multi-family apartments, and a proposed extension of Ridge Trail Road to connect with Painted Hills Road. Traffic impact study is being done to address concerns from neighboring communities.

  • Location: The subdivision is situated on the west side of Painted Hills Road, near the Painted Hills and Sourdough Ridge subdivisions. 
  • Housing Mix: The plan includes 7 multi-family apartments, 8 rowhouses, and 14 duplexes. 
  • Road Improvements: The developer proposed extending Ridge Trail Road to connect with Painted Hills Road to improve connectivity and address traffic concerns.
